LoveJet operates a strict hygiene policy where our premises are regularly disinfected and sanitized. Our dispatch team wear both face masks and gloves when handling your products prior to transit. 

During these exceptional circumstances there may be unforeseen delays to delivery times. Please allow extra time for deliveries. Any feedback to us on non-delivery should only be made 10 days after the date of expected delivery. 

Returns & Refunds Policy

LoveJet operates strict internal quality control procedures and does not accept faulty or damaged goods from any of our suppliers. However, if a product arrives damaged after transit and does not meet your expectations there are certain circumstances that might mean a refund is necessary. Broken Product

Please notify us of this within 7 days of delivery. Please return the item to us as it was received. If the model does not arrive by to us in the condition it was sent, the refund will not be provided.


Wrong Product Delivered

Please report this to us within 14 days of delivery. The correct product will be dispatched once we receive the product back from you. Postage fees will be refunded

Product not as described

Please let us know within 7 days of delivery if a product arrives not as described. LoveJet applies an invisible marker to its products to help identify them in cases of fraud. Returning an item that is not one of LoveJets products, in order to claim a refund, will result in serious legal consequences 

Changed my mind

Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if you need to return the item to us. Please return the item in its original condition. Postage for the return cannot be refunded. 

Quality of Product is poor

Please let us know within 7 days of delivery if a product arrives not as described or if the product quality is poor

Damage to Product Boxes

There may be damage caused by transit to the boxes of the model aircraft. Quality of the external product box cannot always be guaranteed 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months after purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
